Garage & Shop Floors

Shop floors take abuse. We build them with a proper base, vapor barrier and reinforcement, then finish them smooth enough to sweep and tough enough to park equipment on.

How it goes

Four steps, no guesswork

  1. 01

    Walk the site

We meet you on site, measure the work, check access and talk about drainage, finish and timeline.

  2. 02

    Written itemized bid

You get square footage, thickness, reinforcement and finish spelled out with a firm price.

  3. 03

    Prep, form and pour

Grade, base, forms and steel go in first. Then we pour and finish with our own crew, not day labor.

  4. 04

    Cure and walk it

We saw joints, cure the slab, clean the site and walk the finished work with you before final billing.

Questions

Garage & Shop Floors FAQs

How thick for a shop with a lift?

Lifts and heavy equipment usually need a five- or six-inch slab with rebar and a thickened pad under the posts. Tell us the equipment and we size it.

Should I coat the floor?

If you want it, plan for it — we finish and cure the slab so an epoxy or polyaspartic coating will bond correctly later.

We run garage & shop floors throughout Canton, GA, Woodstock, GA, Holly Springs, GA, Ball Ground, GA, Kennesaw, GA, Acworth, GA and the rest of metro Atlanta. See the full service area.
