Drainage FAQs
Water pools against my house — what is the fix?
Usually a combination: regrade so the soil slopes away, then a French drain or downspout tie-in to carry roof water off. We walk the site in the rain if we have to, to see it for real.
Can you fix drainage before pouring new concrete?
Yes — and we recommend it. Water under a slab is the number one cause of settlement and cracking, so we correct drainage as part of the base prep.
