Concrete Driveways

A driveway fails from the ground up. We grade, compact and stone the base, set reinforcement, pour at the right thickness and cut joints where the slab wants to crack — so it stays flat instead of spidering in three years.

How it goes

Four steps, no guesswork

  1. 01

    Walk the site

We meet you on site, measure the work, check access and talk about drainage, finish and timeline.

  2. 02

    Written itemized bid

You get square footage, thickness, reinforcement and finish spelled out with a firm price.

  3. 03

    Prep, form and pour

Grade, base, forms and steel go in first. Then we pour and finish with our own crew, not day labor.

  4. 04

    Cure and walk it

We saw joints, cure the slab, clean the site and walk the finished work with you before final billing.

Questions

Concrete Driveways FAQs

How thick should a residential driveway be?

Four inches is the standard for cars; we go to five or six inches with rebar where trucks, RVs or dumpsters will sit. We tell you which one your driveway needs before we bid it.

How long before I can drive on it?

Foot traffic after about 24 hours, cars after seven days, heavy vehicles at 28 days. We'll leave clear instructions when we pull off.

We run concrete driveways throughout Canton, GA, Woodstock, GA, Holly Springs, GA, Ball Ground, GA, Kennesaw, GA, Acworth, GA and the rest of metro Atlanta. See the full service area.
